Kris grew up very active and especially, loved to dance. A broken ankle changed everything. Multiple surgeries left her with chronic pain and arthritis. She discovered Tai Chi for Health and has been enjoying it for several years. She became certified to teach in order to help others gain strength, flexibility and peace. Tai Chi is meditation in motion and is beneficial for much of the population, including those who may have became discouraged and all but given up on exercise because of arthritis or other health issues.
